The CSAV Foundation provides a Reporting Channel so that anyone can report illegal or irregular behaviour or situations by employees or managers of the CSAV Foundation, or based on the operation of the Foundation.

The Foundation will investigate all complaints received and, where the complainant provides his or her name and contact information, the persons responsible for investigating the complaint may request further information about the complaint.
